By working with XJ1 Strategy LTD or using our services, you accept the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Work
XJ1 Strategy LTD delivers strategy-led execution, which may include business setup guidance (particularly within the UAE), brand positioning, website development, and revenue-focused digital infrastructure.

Each engagement begins with a clearly defined scope outlining deliverables, commercial objectives, timelines, and investment. This will be documented via proposal, email confirmation, or a shared workspace (e.g. Notion).

As strategy evolves, new opportunities may be identified. Any work outside the agreed scope will be discussed, scoped, and approved before execution — ensuring alignment at every stage.

2. Commercial Structure & Payment Terms
Our standard engagement model is 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.

For strategy, advisory, or ongoing growth support, alternative structures may apply (including retainers or performance-linked agreements).

Final deliverables, access, and system handovers are provided once all outstanding balances are cleared. Payments overdue by more than 7 days may pause active work.

We accept payments via bank transfer, Stripe, or Wise.

3. Strategic Revisions & Direction Changes
Our work is built around clear strategic direction, not endless iteration.

Each phase includes a defined number of refinement rounds (typically 2–3), designed to optimise execution — not restart it.

If direction changes significantly after approval (e.g. repositioning, new market focus, or structural changes), we will treat this as a new scope and align on additional investment before proceeding.

4. Timelines & Client Responsibilities
We operate at pace, but outcomes depend on decisive collaboration.

Timelines are agreed at the outset and rely on timely feedback, approvals, and provision of required information (e.g. business details, compliance documentation, content, or access to platforms).

If communication pauses for more than 14 days, the project may be placed on hold. Re-entry into the schedule may require a rebooking fee depending on current demand.

5. Ownership, Infrastructure & Control
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all final deliverables, including websites, brand assets, and agreed documentation.

Where relevant, we ensure clients have full control over key business systems (domains, hosting, CMS, payment gateways).

XJ1 Strategy LTD retains the right to showcase non-confidential work unless otherwise agreed before project commencement.

6. Communication & Working Style
We prioritise efficient, outcome-driven communication.

Work is primarily managed asynchronously via Slack, email, Notion, Framer, and Loom — reducing unnecessary meetings and maintaining momentum.

We respond within 24–48 hours on working days. Calls are scheduled where they add clear value to decision-making or delivery.

7. Cancellations, Pauses & Engagement Continuity
Projects may be cancelled at any time. Work completed up to that point will be invoiced and remains payable.

If a project is paused for more than 21 days without prior agreement, we reserve the right to reschedule delivery. Restarting may require a reactivation fee depending on scope and availability.

8. Liability & Commercial Outcomes
We deliver based on proven strategy, experience, and best practice — particularly within the UAE market.

However, we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes (e.g. revenue, approvals, or market performance), as these depend on external factors including execution beyond our scope, market conditions, and regulatory processes.

We are not liable for indirect losses or issues arising from third-party platforms, government processes, or service providers.

9. UAE Compliance & Advisory Disclaimer
Where we provide guidance on UAE business setup, licensing, or operations, this is based on current knowledge and trusted partners.

Final approvals, legal compliance, and regulatory decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant authorities. We are not liable for changes in regulation, application outcomes, or third-party delays.

10. Confidentiality
All client information — including strategy, financial direction, business models, and internal documentation — is treated as strictly confidential.

We do not disclose or reuse any materials without permission. Mutual NDAs can be arranged prior to engagement if required.

11. Portfolio & Case Studies
We may showcase completed work to demonstrate capability, including websites, branding, and growth outcomes.

If your project involves sensitive information (e.g. pre-launch businesses, regulated sectors, or private structures), this can be excluded with written notice before the project begins.
