MontLusso was established in the UAE as a luxury concierge service catering to corporates and high-net-worth individuals. The business operated across private jets, helicopters, yachts, and luxury vehicles, targeting clients with high-frequency, high-value travel requirements.
Built from the ground up, the company entered a competitive landscape dominated by established brokers and international concierge firms. From inception, the focus was on creating a commercially competitive, service-led brand capable of scaling quickly through strong relationships and consistent delivery.

Challanges
Establishing credibility and access in the private charter space required a deliberate and disciplined approach.
The primary challenge was market entry. The private aviation and luxury charter sector is heavily relationship-driven, with clients placing significant trust in established providers. Competing required not only credibility, but a clear commercial advantage.
We addressed this by positioning MontLusso directly in front of large corporations in Abu Dhabi, targeting decision-makers responsible for executive travel. Alongside this, we implemented a pricing strategy designed to remove friction—committing to match or outperform market rates wherever viable.
This was made possible through direct partnerships with leading aviation providers, giving us closer access to aircraft and more competitive pricing structures than traditional brokerage models. By operating on reduced commission margins, we were able to differentiate quickly and win business in a crowded market.
As traction grew, we built a network of high-net-worth individuals with recurring travel requirements, creating a base of repeat, high-value clients. This consistency allowed the business to scale efficiently without relying solely on one-off transactions.
Revenue was reinvested to expand the offering beyond aviation, moving into superyacht charters and private experiences across the GCC and Mediterranean. This broadened both the customer base and average transaction value, while reinforcing the brand’s positioning within the luxury segment.
