About the project
Building infrastructure for a fragmented but high-value maritime services market in the UAE.
Yachtwize was created as a centralised maritime directory platform in the UAE, designed to connect yacht owners, captains, and marine businesses with verified service providers. The objective is to bring structure and accessibility to a highly fragmented industry, where discovery and trust are often operational challenges.
The platform acts as a single ecosystem for listing and sourcing marine services, streamlining how industry stakeholders connect and transact across the region.

Our Role & Support Approach
Structuring the foundation, defining growth direction, and accelerating early-stage market entry.
We worked closely with the Yachtwize team from the outset, supporting company formation and helping establish a clear operational structure aligned with UAE market requirements.
Alongside this, we developed a defined growth strategy to guide both platform development and market entry. This included shaping the brand positioning, refining messaging, and building a marketing approach focused on credibility within the maritime sector.
A key part of our support involved leveraging our existing network within the yacht and marine industry to facilitate early introductions. This included connecting Yachtwize with yacht owners, captains, and service providers to accelerate initial traction and platform adoption.
Rather than focusing solely on launch, our role centred on ensuring the business had the right foundations to scale — combining structure, network access, and strategic clarity during its earliest stage of growth.

Yachtwize is a project we’ve been closely involved with from the early stages, helping shape both the structure and direction of the business as it entered the UAE market.
What stood out here was the opportunity to bring a fragmented industry a little closer together, and to support a team with a clear idea, but limited local setup and access at the start.
We continue to work alongside Yachtwize as it grows, and remain involved in supporting its development, connections within the industry, and longer-term direction.
